A couple of days ago, I came back from Prague where I was invited as an expert to talk about our recent research and the challenges for Bioinformatics for the SysGeNet consortium. You can find the slides of my talk here..
I got tricked into offering a keynote at King's college in London this September to speak about the use of R in Genetics/ Bioinformatics. But you know me, I love talking about my work, and things related to programming. I was thinking of perhaps taking Konrad to the summer course he might learn something about programming :P or at least pick up some tips and tricks.

I didn't get too see anything at all from Prague or the beautiful city that it's supposed to be. I only got to admire the very nice new building of biology department there, which by the way had an excellent lunch service.
Well, just a short post this time, but thanks to all the people involved for making the meeting a very enjoyable one.
